Oh, Spring

Dearest Spring,

Please linger for a little while. Your big sister, Miss Summer, will soon be here to settle in and sweat us all out. Don't tell Mother Nature, but I much prefer you, darling. Sweet smells, sturdy seeds sprouting out of the soil. Birds bouncing atop the grass looking for buggies to munch and "bum bees" (Roman's phrase) flitting about the branches of blooms.

*sweet sigh*
