Homemade wonton soup: Chicken broth with a bit of cornstarch to thicken, frozen ginger-chicken mini-wontons, corn, peas, sliced mushrooms, garlic powder, sesame oil and cilantro.
Spicy fried rice: Trader Joe's Japanese Fried Rice plus a scrambled, pasture raised egg, sesame seeds and Sriracha - my new spicy obsession.
Sipped on some water in a fancy cup with ice, frozen blueberries and sliced lemon from my tree.

This was not a gluten-free meal by any means! Although I stay away from wheat 95% of the time, I try to have a bit here and there so that my intolerance doesn't get worse. It's a fine line that I tiptoe across. How much wheat I need to have to not get worse vs. having too much and upsetting my body. It's a bit tricky. This lunch hit the spot and sat well with me. Score!
Have you made anything delicious or fancy for lunch lately?
I'm glad you didn't get sick! Isn't Sriracha great?

Looks yummy! Most of the time my lunches consist of a green smoothie after I've fed the kiddos.

Sriracha! I love that stuff. That fried rice looks yum-tastic, also. Interesting that you keep it in your diet so it so the intolerance doesn't get worse--mine definitely got a ton worse (I have celiac so I have to 100% stay away). If I eat wheat now I throw up for hours :(
Love looking at all your yummy food photos :)
