Lunch = A fajita-ish bowl!
Sliced yellow bell peppers, red onion, and teeny white mushrooms in an olive oil fajita-style sauce (a mishmash of "Mexican' spices), grass-fed beef sirloin with raw pepper jack cheese and red wine pan sauce. ( I LOVE pan sauce. Sometimes I even lick the pan once its cooled. That's normal... right?) All topped with some fresh cilantro, avocado slices, salsa and some locally made tortilla chips that could make a grown man cry.
