Sesame Chicken, from scratch!
Organic chicken thighs, house made breading (spelt flour, brown rice crispies, garlic powder, cayenne powder, salt , ginger powder), an orange juice/sesame oil pre-breading dip, fried in extra virgin olive, coconut and sesame oils, with organic carrot chunks, organic peas and bamboo shoots with a little bottled sauce General Tsoas sauce (Trader Joes!) and organic sesame seeds.
Balanced it out with some lemon-spiked soda water and watermelon slices!
Mmmmm... and, that was lunch.
